- Acceptance of Terms
By using Sheger Cars, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app. - User Roles & Listings
A. Free Listings (Non-Premium Users)- Owners (Selling Personal Vehicles):
- Must submit ownership documents (e.g., vehicle title, ID) even for free listings.
- Listings appear under "Listing by Owners" if documents are submitted.
- If documents are not submitted, listing is automatically classified as Broker.
- Can verify their account with ID and car document to get a verified badge (no payment required).
- Shop Owners (Dealerships):
- Must submit business license/shop registration even for free listings.
- Listings appear under "Listing by Shop Owners" if documents are submitted.
- If documents are not submitted, listing is automatically classified as Broker.
- Can verify their account with business/shop documents to get a verified shop owner badge (no payment required).
- Brokers:
- No documents required for free listings.
- All listings appear under "Brokers".
- Can submit ID to get a verified broker badge (no payment required).
- All free listings require admin review and approval before publication.
- If a seller (Owner/Shop Owner) does not submit required documents, admin will automatically classify the listing as Broker.
- Listings may be rejected for suspicious/fake details or wrong seller role. Rejection includes a written reason sent to the user.
- Owners (Selling Personal Vehicles):
- Premium Features
A. Privileges:- Auto-Approval: Listings go live instantly after document/payment submission, but are still subject to admin review.
- Profile Badge: Verified checkmark displayed.
- Enhanced Visibility: Other listings by the same seller appear as "Suggested".
- Vlog Access: Can post car-related content (reviews, "I Want to Buy" requests).
- Admins can reject or delete auto-approved posts after publication if issues are found (fraud, legal violations, etc.).
- Seller will be notified with a detailed rejection reason.
- Universal Rules
- All users must provide accurate documents when required.
- All users can appeal rejections via kalt41585@gmail.com.
- Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
- Admins reserve the right to reclassify listings (e.g., Owner → Broker if docs missing) and ban users for circumventing rules.
- Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting fake documents.
- Misrepresenting seller role (e.g., claiming to be an owner without proof).
- Fraudulent listings, fake reviews, or harassment.
- Circumventing Sheger Cars for direct payments.
- Listing Content Restrictions
A. Contact Information:- Allowed: Phone numbers only in the dedicated contact field (automatically shown to users under your listing).
- Prohibited: Adding phone numbers/emails in photos, descriptions, or videos. Writing contact info as text (e.g., "Call 09XX..."). Violations: Listings will be rejected or edited by admins.
- Strictly Forbidden: URLs in descriptions/photos (e.g., "Visit mywebsite.com"), social media handles, redirects to payment/promotional sites.
- Links will not open in the app (blocked automatically). Listings with links will be rejected or deleted without warning.

Listing Classification Flowchart

- Listings are classified by Seller Type: Owners, Brokers, Dealerships.
- Further filtered by Fuel Type: Electric, Gas/Diesel.
- And by Payment Method: Cash, Bank-Financed.
- All free listings reviewed by admin before approval.
- Owners/Shop Owners must submit documents for proper classification.
- Without documents, listings are classified as Broker.
- Premium listings are auto-approved but still reviewed and can be rejected/deleted with reason.
Play Store Disclosure
- Secure Communication: Sellers and buyers connect ONLY through Sheger Cars' protected contact system. Users can call, message, or make appointments with each other in-app, but all transactions and payments must be completed physically, outside the app. No online or in-app payments are allowed for buying cars of any seller type.

Tips & User Experience
- "Pending Approval" status is visible in user profiles for all free listings.
- Admins can write rejection reasons and notify users via popup and profile notifications.
- Users cannot add external links or phone numbers in listing descriptions or photos.
- Admins have tools to remove or edit violations and reclassify listings as needed.
- Users can report hidden contact info or suspicious listings for review.
